We had the pleasure of hosting Whitney at our house for a few days during an adoption event recently. This girl is a fantastic dog! She was great with our other three large dogs, walks great on a leash, loves to sit on your lap, tolerates hugs and gives kisses! Although she resides in a kennel environment while she waits for her forever home, she was seemingly house trained! Whitney is a very dependable companion who deserves a great permanent home!
Whitney has been staying with us for about a month, and we adore her! As first time foster parents, we (and our 9 year old male husky) couldn’t have had a better experience with a new dog in our home. Whitney is sweet, loving, and can be really silly. She lets us know when she has to “go out”, rarely barks, and has mastered how to “sit” when it is time to eat, before entering the house, crossing the street, etc. She is very well crate trained. She is curious about almost everything and loves to see what everyone is doing around the house. Her interests are cuddling, playing hide and seek, and watching TV shows that feature dogs. We feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Whitney and believe the family who rescues her will be very lucky. We love you, Whit!!!
